NFL Rookie Power Rankings Prior to Week 1
Welcome back everyone! Its been a minute, or longer, since my last article right before COVID-19 took over our lives but here we are with football literally less than one hour away. With the season about to kick-off I’d like to start my first article of the 2020 NFL season to surround this interesting and very talented rookie class led by QB Joe Burrow and defensive star Chase Young.
As you will see below, I decided to power rank the top 32 rookies entering the season based on the impact I believe they will make for their teams this season rather than talent level or career outcome. Instead of looking at which rookies I like more or who I believe may have better career’s than others, I wanted to look at this class through the lens of what they may achieve this season alone. Now obviously this list will change throughout the season, but it will be fun to see how these rankings change during the course of a 16 game season and who can stand out from the rest of the group in the end.
